Welcome to Homegirl Astrology. By using homegirlastrology.com or booking a session, you agree to these terms. They exist so we’re both clear on what you’re getting and how this works.
What I offer
Homegirl Astrology provides astrology readings (including natal, solar return, and year-ahead consultations), hypnosis sessions, speaking engagements, and related content and education. Sessions are live, one-on-one, and delivered virtually unless otherwise arranged.
The important disclaimer
Astrology and hypnosis are tools for insight, reflection, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and nothing in a session, on this site, in the newsletter, or in any video should be treated as such. Hypnosis sessions are not psychotherapy and I am not a licensed therapist or physician. For matters of health, money, or law, please consult the appropriate licensed professional. You remain responsible for your own decisions — I’ll give you the real read, but your life is yours to run.
No specific outcome is guaranteed from any reading or session. Anyone who guarantees you an outcome from astrology is selling something else.
Booking, rescheduling, and refunds
- Sessions are booked and paid through Acuity Scheduling at the prices listed at booking.
- You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Missed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable, at my discretion.
- Accurate birth information (date, time, and place) matters for the quality of your reading — please double-check it when booking.
Recordings and materials
Sessions are recorded and the recording is yours to keep for personal use. Recordings, notes, charts, and any materials I prepare are for your personal use only — please don’t republish or redistribute them commercially without permission. All site content, including writing, graphics, and the Homegirl Astrology name and logo, belongs to Homegirl Astrology.
Your conduct
Be who you’d want to sit across from. I reserve the right to decline or end a session in the rare case of abusive or inappropriate behavior; refunds in that situation are at my discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homegirl Astrology’s total liability for any claim arising from these services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a reading, session, or content from this site.
Age
Services are for adults 18 and over.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always live at this page with its “last updated” date.
