Most of what I do one-on-one comes down to helping people see patterns they couldn’t see before — in their gifts, their relationships, their work, the season they’re in. These four talks bring that same thing to a room, and work for any audience, astrology background or not. Each can be delivered as a keynote, workshop, or breakout session.
The strengths you’ve been undervaluing
Most of us treat difficulty as proof that something matters. So the things that come naturally to us — the gifts we’d use even if no one were paying for them, the parts of us that don’t feel impressive because they don’t feel hard — we dismiss. This talk reframes that instinct. We’ll look at how to recognize the strengths you’ve been undervaluing, why we’ve been taught to ignore what comes easy, and what shifts when you start trusting it. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of where your real gifts live.
Length: 45-75 minutes
Why we keep ending up in the same relationships
You probably haven’t been choosing randomly. The kinds of people you fall for, the dynamics you keep ending up in, the relationships that feel inevitable even when you know they’re not great for you — there’s a pattern beneath them, usually one inherited from family. This talk is about naming that pattern so you can see it for what it is. Once you can see it, you can choose differently. You’ll leave with a clearer view of what you’ve been doing on autopilot and where the pattern’s been showing up in your life.
Length: 45-75 minutes (adaptable to 30-min keynote
How to know when the work is the problem
Smart people stay in jobs that don’t fit them for a long time before they’re willing to consider the job is the problem. They blame themselves first — call themselves lazy, tell themselves to try harder, figure they just need to push through. This talk is about recognizing when the issue isn’t you. It’s the shape of the work. We’ll look at what a misfit job feels like, what kinds of work shapes exist, and how to tell whether the job is wrong before you spend another year performing through it. You’ll leave with a clearer read on whether the work you’re in fits you, and what to do if it doesn’t.
Length: 45-60 minutes (adaptable to 30-minute keynote)
Reading the chapter you’re moving through
Your life moves in seasons. The wandering twenties, the pivot somewhere in your thirties, the reckoning that hits in your forties — these are patterns we all move through, and most of us only recognize them after they’ve passed. This talk is about reading the season you’re in now, so you can tell which struggles are a phase you’re moving through and which ones are signals that something real needs to change. You’ll leave better equipped to know what the moment is asking of you, and what to stop fighting.
Length: 45-60 minutes (adaptable to 30-minute keynote)
