Privacy Policy

Homegirl Astrology (“I,” “me,” or “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you use homegirlastrology.com, how it’s used, and the choices you have. The short version: I collect only what I need to send you the newsletter, answer your inquiries, and deliver your readings. I don’t sell your information to anyone.

What I collect

• Newsletter signup: your email address, collected through Kit (my email service provider), when you subscribe to my newsletter, Tomorrow’s Truth, Today.
• Inquiry forms: whatever you choose to share when you submit a speaking or reading inquiry through Tally, such as your name, email, and details about what you’re looking for.
• Bookings: when you book a reading, scheduling and payment are handled by Acuity Scheduling. I receive your name, contact details, appointment information, and the birth information you provide for your reading. I never see or store your full payment card details — those are processed by Acuity and its payment processors.
• Session records: readings are recorded so you can keep a copy. Recordings and session notes are kept privately and are not shared without your permission.

How I use it

• To send you the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe anytime with one click).
• To respond to your inquiries and prepare and deliver your readings.
• To manage scheduling, payments, and appointment reminders.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site and newsletter are used so I can make them better.

What I don’t do

• I don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• I don’t share the contents of your reading, your birth information, or your session recordings with anyone, except as required by law.
• Testimonials are only published with permission, and anonymously when requested.

A few trusted third parties process data on my behalf, under their own privacy policies:

• Kit (kit.com) — email newsletter delivery and subscriber management.
• Tally (tally.so) — inquiry forms.
• Acuity Scheduling (acuityscheduling.com) — appointment booking and payment processing.
• YouTube, Instagram, TikTok — this site links to (and may embed) content from these platforms; interacting with them is governed by their policies.

Cookies

This site itself keeps things minimal. Embedded third-party content (like newsletter forms or videos) may set its own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime via the link in any email.
• Ask me what information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing hey@homegirlastrology.com.

Children

This site and my services are intended for adults 18 and over. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
